North East on Film Delivery Manager

The North East Film Archive is looking for a highly-motivated, experienced Delivery Manager to work with audiences across the region on its new Heritage Lottery Funded project - North East on Film.

North East on Film seeks to connect people and communities across the North East of England to their local and regional film heritage – creating new opportunities for people to see and enjoy moving image collections that have an immediate connection and resonance to their lives and landscapes through a region-wide programme of screenings, events and local initiatives throughout the duration of the project.

The Delivery Manager will have responsibility for delivering the public engagement programme, including liaison with key partners, stakeholders and events’ organisers, and ensuring the planned locality-based screening programmes meet the expectations of local and regional audiences.

In addition, one of the key ambitions of the ‘North East on Film’ project is to engage, grow and sustain online audiences. The expectation is that audience engagement through a range of web and social media platforms will be a central tenet of this post.
