Description

This film features different buildings around the York Minster area as well as the River Ouse.

The film opens with a woman in her backyard playing with a dog.

It then moves onto a shot of the bridge in York from the Riverwalk. Additionally, there are crew boats rowing up and down the river.

The film moves outside the city walls with a shot of Bootham Bar with different cars and trucks passing along the street as well as a few cyclers.

Around the York Minster, the film captures different sites: a plaque reading John Goodrike, 1764-1786 (dedication of a Hall at York University), statues, St. Williams College, and a few side streets including a shot of a nun crossing the street.
