The ship is believed to be in Gateshead. A different view of the building front is followed by a customer walks out of the shop. A woman in a white coat poses outside the shop and another woman in a blue dress joins her. A view of some town houses follows next to a river (Hawick?). A bankside shot follows of a river showing people in a rowing boat near the opposite bank. The film cuts to show birds feeding on the ground followed by daffodils blooming near a wooded area. The camera shows the extent of the display of daffodils. Next the house and grounds, possibly of Etal manor in the Scottish Borders. The film ends showing a nesting bird which cuts to flower beds and a garden, followed by more general views of flower beds.
