It includes footage inside the church where the wedding is taking place. The film starts with the bride getting into a waiting Austin Princess car, hired from Boddy's Funeral Directors, and waiting outside Ann’s parents' house. There is a view of the roof tops of Beech Avenue, and Garden Village can be seen over the wall at the bottom of Jalland Street. Guests are waiting at the church as the bride arrives with her father. Now inside the church, the priest leads the newlyweds to sign the Register, followed by the witness signing the Register in the vestry. The witness is Ann’s cousin Marjorie Jeffery nee Walker. They exit the church, pose for photographs, and Ann’s brother in law, Ron Kemp, holds up a small boy, Ann’s nephew Neville Kemp, for the camera. The best man is Brian’s eldest brother Keith Rogers, and the other bridesmaids are Margaret Anderson, nee Mills, and Catherine Johnson. The newlyweds get into a waiting car, while Ann’s cousin, Tony Appleby, aged about 14, is shown looking after Neville during the photos and later getting on to the Hull Corporation double decker bus which Ann’s parents, George and Lucy May Walker, hired to take everyone to the reception.
