The film begins with a family out in the countryside. Then there is footage of a man who is repairing a model car. This is followed by a fine display of other model cars. Men race around a circuit with their model cars, and a crowd of spectators watch the events. A woman and two boys hold hands. They are then picked up by a man. The family are out having a picnic. Then two other smaller boys are playing in their back garden, one on a wheeled horse. A mother emerges from a christening holding her baby. She poses with the father and other family members. The family are then again having a day out in a park. They then visit a farm with piglets and pet rabbits, ‘The Poplars’. An airplane flies overhead, and a girl goes for a horse ride. The family visits the coast at Flamborough. There is a sign for ‘North Landing’ and another for ‘Sewerby’, where they take a look around. The men and women then play golf before visiting Sewerby Hall.
