The film opens at Kyle Aqua Ski Club at Kilbirnie Loch, south west of Glasgow. General views follow of water skiers jumping from a ramp set in the water. Whilst in the air they perform a set of twists and turns with some shots in slow motion. The competition in which they are taking part is the WD & HO Wills Golden Skis Trophy. The film ends with views of water skiing follow at another venue, followed by other general views of water ski jumping at yet another venue (unidentified).
