A short amateur film by members of Cleveland Cine Club showing the Haverton Hill Silver Band practicing in a hall.

The film opens on a man with a film camera looking through the viewfinder.

General view of members of the Haverton Hill Silver Band playing their various brass instruments and the conductor moving his baton to the tempo. There are close up views of the musician’s fingers pushing valves or moving sliders on their intruments as the conductor directs the music.

The camera operator moves the positon of the camera. Close up views show the mouths of some of the musicians blowing into their instruments and a view of their sheet music.

The film cuts to show the hands of a percussionist play a snare drum.
