Description

Made by an amateur filmmaker based in Sheffield, this film captures his daughter playing as well as a fete and parade.

Opening shots show a little girl running along a hillside followed by a close up of a baby in a pram in a garden. Following this are views of the countryside. The family make their way along the paths through the woodlands on this sunny day. They all wear overcoats. There is a brief shot of electrical poles and a formal garden with neatly landscaped flowerbeds.

The next scenes are of a village fete. Crowds of people are gathered in a field for the entertainment. There is footage of a swan swimming along the water before the film ends with a shot of a passing brass band at a parade.
