Description

The film begins with views of streets around Brussels city centre and the twin towers of the Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula.

Views follow of flowers on display or sale and general views of Brussels town hall and square.

General views show the old architecture and architectural detail on buildings. Views follow of ornate stonework on churches and other buildings, incluidng the town hall.

There are views of the famous statue of the Manneken Pis fountain, and the clock on the Congress Palace Le Mont Des Arts. General views of modern buildings and street scenes follow.

The Carillon Clock at the Congress Palace strikes the time and a mechanical figure on the roof strikes a bell.
